We have tried different types of diapers and sizes, without any luck, any thoughts?
Hope you are all well.

When I worked in childcare we called this The Poo-cano. A volcano of poo.
Totally remember that stage. I always tried to criss-cross the tabs diagnonally on the front of the diaper to try to make the back as comfortably tight as possible. We used swaddlers which I found worked the best for her body shape. Good luck - at least it's moving out of her instead of making her uncomfortable. This stage will pass.
Just found your blog via Just another day.....
I have to comment to keep from laughing!!! I know it's not funny to you now but in a few months you will look back and say ......now that was funny. Make sure to take at least one good set of pictures!!!
Good luck ... I never found anything that worked too well....but hopefully someone will have some good advice that you can take to market. In the meantime ... Spray n Wash!!!
I found that only Pampers would successfully keep the poops in, and once they started going up the back I would go up a size to make more space for the poo.
Pampers or the non-disposable kind of nappies (that would still require washing though), but I've heard a lot of parents say that they don't have as many 'poo explosion' issues with reusable diapers than they do with disposable ones.
thank you all for your help. All good tips and we are trying things out. But it really does seem like this is a stage that we can't do much about. thank god for good cleaning products.
I agree with Beth about the size. Might be time to go up. Pampers is by far the best.
It's a stage, but I agree with the others...Pampers, and going up a size does help.
Is she doing the blow out of your diaper poos yet, you know, up the back, out the front, through the sides...that's an even better clean up!!!
